Natural Anxiety Reduction Herb
It won’t be wrong if I give a statement like “Anxiety
knows no boundaries!!!!” We all are delimited by a thick air
of tensions that keeps us surrounded.
Every one of us no matter what age group has suffered from anxiety
at one point or the other. For some; unlucky of their kind, anxiety
is what they eat, breathe and live in.
The dilemma with the anxiety is that apart from being a disorder
itself, it is a part of so many symptoms of many disorders.
For the treatment of anxiety there are two options, one is off
course to treat anxiety itself and the other is to treat the underlying
disorder which is causing anxiety.
Don’t worry I will tell you how to treat it with herbs; either
way.
ANXIETY: Anxiety has its own symptoms and a person
suffering from the “blues” can have tension, fatigue,
headaches, disturbed and irritative behavior.
To get over with the insomnia, panic attacks, fatigue, constant
headaches and erratic behavior, try using herbal formulas with coral
calcium, linden flower, passion flower, scutellaria, eleuthero,
ginseng, GABA and St. Johns wort.
A very famous remedy for anxiety is to put St. John´s Wort
in a quart of whiskey, or moonshine along with some cherry bark
for flavor and let it set for about 2 weeks. And then to take a
teaspoonful daily until cured.
