Natural Herb Application Dark Circles Eye

Dark circles under eyes are a common problem. Tired puffy dark circled eyes looks as that of a Raccoon and I am sure no one wants that to have it one their face.

There are various reasons of these dark circle or the puffy eyes. The skin below our eyes is very thin and is sparsely dotted with oil glands unlike the skin on rest of the body.

Due to some reasons, which are stated below in detail, the skin under the eyes becomes thin and dry. Veins below eyes appear prominently when the under eye skin becomes dry and thin.

This lends the area a dark appearance. These reasons can range from heredity to fatigue, from malnutrition to sun exposure and many more.

The thinness of under eye skin is a hereditary character. The thin under eye skin reveals dark veins underneath and appears as dark circles under eyes.

Similarly lack of sleep, fatigue, sinus infections, pregnancy, exposure to sunlight, any other serious health condition, heavy medications, chemotherapy, hormonal changes, increased age and intoxicated body all are highly indicated by those dark circles that are surrounding your eyes.

Eyes set deep in skull bones may also develop dark shadow under them. There are various natural herb application dark circles eye and natural herb remedy for puffy under eyes.

The major and most effective of them are given below.

Cucumber:
Either put slices of freshly cut cucumber or use cucumber in crushed, grated form over the tired eyes to get rid of dark eye circles and the puffiness. Cucumber is great to soothe the tired eyes as well.

Potato: Same as with cucumbers, use either freshly cut ones or grated ones on the closed eyes for almost 20 minutes. The best remedy to remove the eye circles.

Olive oil: Gently massage olive oil around the eyes before going to bed; this will remove the dark eye circles by nourishing the dead cells around the eyes.

Another remedy is to use it with equal amount of lemon juice. Lemon has bleaching effects and is great to remove any pigmentation from the skin.

Turmeric: Apply a paste of lemon juice, tomato puree, and orange lentil flour and turmeric powder on under eye dark circles. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it off.

Another good remedy is to make a thick paste with turmeric powder and milk, apply it on eyes for 20 minutes and gently wash it off.

Similarly freshly grated turmeric can also be used but with care that it doesn’t go inside the eyes as it can irritate the eyes.

Honey: Mix a tablespoon full of honey in a tablespoon of fresh cream and now ask someone to apply the paste on your closed eyes.

After half an hour remove it with the cotton completely and then open eyes and gently wash them with lukewarm water.

Changes in diet may also be helpful. Try to detoxify your body by eating whole grain foods, non processed organic foods, fruits, vegetables and lots of water.
